DropToMe.com has developed a proprietary algorithm that delivers wonderfully accurate recommendations. The recommendation engine was developed after Adora Interactive's mathematician became frustrated with the irrelevant recommendations offered by a major e-commerce site. DropToMe.com's algorithm is able to provide such accurate recommendations by focusing on comparisons rather than rankings, matching users based on their product lists. This also allows for social networking based on shared interests. All of these features are free to all DropToMe.com users.

Adora Interactive Corporation was founded by three Indiana University Kelley School of Business MBA students: Andrew Vincent, Stephen Wolff, and Justin Chafe. The founders frequently used the Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Kelley School of Business as a resource as they developed the company. Adora Interactive Corporation and DropToMe.com were mentioned in the April 2008 issue of Entrepreneur Magazine in an article discussing the Kelley MBA program.
