LiveEngage 1.0 Lets Companies Write Once and Engage Many Users Across Multiple Social Networks

The first version is a Facebook application that uniquely integrates a brands presence on Facebook with the brands own community site.

The new Facebook application can be installed by any Facebook user or by the brand on its own Facebook page. The application dynamically imports content such as a featured blog from the brands LiveWorld-provided community site to the users Facebook page. This enables users to engage with other users from the brands site as well as the brand while the users are still on their Facebook profile pages. Users can participate in polls and read posts now, with the ability to post comments via Facebook available later this summer. The brand is able to select and feature content for Facebook using the same LiveWorld tools used to highlight content within the branded community site.
