SAN FRANCISCO and NEW YORK/PRNewswire/ -- BuzzLogic, a

LLC, a media investment and production firm co-founded by Jonathan
Tisch and Jeffrey Stewart, today announced a strategic alliance to

The partnership will help drive BuzzLogic advancements within the

media companies, Walnut Hill's strategic guidance and minority
investment will enable BuzzLogic's advertising salesforce to establish
