Alliance to Accelerate BuzzLogic Growth and Maximize Business Development Opportunities

SAN FRANCISCO and NEW YORK/PRNewswire/ -- BuzzLogic, a social media analysis and advertising company, and Walnut Hill Media, LLC, a media investment and production firm co-founded by Jonathan Tisch and Jeffrey Stewart, today announced a strategic alliance to capitalize on new revenue opportunities resulting from the rise and evolution of social media.

The partnership will help drive BuzzLogic advancements within the advertising and media business, with the goal of helping brands more effectively target and engage online consumers via BuzzLogic's conversational media analysis and advertising platform. In addition to facilitating relationships with consumer brands, agency partners and media companies, Walnut Hill's strategic guidance and minority investment will enable BuzzLogic's advertising salesforce to establish a presence in New York, the media and brand capital of the world.
