Internet Week Europe festival bringing best of digital together

Internet Week Europe (IWE) 2012 festival to be celebrated in London this week bringing together the best of digital from the UK, Europe and further a field

The third annual Internet Week Europe (IWE) starts today, celebrating the best of digital talent from the UK, Europe and further a field.  

For the next five days London hosts the anticipated digital festival bringing together people including agencies, brands, creatives, education, start-ups, technology, venture capitalists and a variety of delegates from all walks of life.  The IWE press release outlines an incredible line-up of events, parties (and after parties!), presentations, seminars, and training by an impressive number of organisations of various notoriety.

It?s such an amazingly fuelled packed week there is too much to pick out what to attend, but we?ve given it at a go. The BBC Worldwide Labs? panel session on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 from 8:30 to 10:30 (How social media platforms drive content creation and ultimately engagement) is full and a waiting list only, but definitely worth seeing if you can get lucky with the waiting list.  The organisation describes the session as, ?BBC Worldwide Labs hosts a topical and lively session for Internet Week Europe focused on the importance of engaging and integrating with social media platforms in order to drive content creation and consumer engagement.?  If you?re unlucky, you can follow from Twitter @BBCWLABS.

The IWE also includes The Lovie Awards, honouring the best of the best of European web with an evening reception and celebration for Lovie Award participants, winners and special achievement winners.
