Its a great platform for professionals within this area to converge in London and debate whats having an impact on the their industries right now and how they can influence change for the future.  With so many global organisations in attendance its the prefect opportunity for specialists to learn how they may succeed and compete more effectively within challenging environments, comments Tim Gibbon, cofounder and editor at the Social Media Portal (SMP), a returning media partner.

The conference appeals to customer care, performance marketing and operational departments from mobile operators, mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs), over-the-top (OTT) players, internet service providers (ISPs) and global solution providers.  Delegates will also learn from three case studies from the finance, broadcasting and retail industries from international organisations.   With plenty of networking opportunities including the analyst breakfast clinic (Wednesday 24 April 2013), attendees can share knowledge and experience with peers in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
