Our mission is to fuel your passion for marketing by bringing the latest news to inform you, ads to inspire you, forums and comment to challenge you. We encourage you to join with the 80,000 marketers already using the site by sharing your experiences and helping others who face problems you may have solved. One day they may be able to return the favour. You are also invited to upload your own work, such as ad campaigns you are really proud of, or case studies that may be of use to your peers. You can also upload press releases.
Founded by a group of marketing professionals, utalkmarketing takes the insiders view. Because we understand what marketers do, and the challenges they face every day, our writers produce more relevant content, and spark more interesting debate.
Utalk is a privately funded company which launched in December 2006. It is led by Niall McKinney, who has worked in marketing in the UK for the last nine years. Niall previously worked at Procter & Gamble, and at IPC Media, where he was Publishing and Marketing Director. Most recently he was Chief Marketing Officer of Lastminute.com across Europe.
