Cozi Tops 3 Million Members; Signs Partnerships with AOL, Working Mother, Intel, Punchbowl and FlyLady; Announces Availability of Android Application

Record growth driven by notable partnerships and new product features, including mobile applications for iPhone and Android

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cozi, the world?s leading family communications and organizational platform, today announced that it has increased its membership base to 3 million members and expanded its portfolio of strategic partnerships with the addition of AOL, Working Mother, Intel, Punchbowl and FlyLady. Additionally, the company released fully native applications for the iPhone and Android smartphones.

?As 2010 comes to a close, we?re delighted with the continued growth of Cozi?s membership base, partnerships, and product suite?

Cozi is a free mobile and online calendar that helps busy families coordinate schedules and keep track of to do and grocery shopping lists. Since its founding in 2005, Cozi has become the largest family communications platform in the world. Cozi?s growing presence with busy families is evident in its rapidly expanding membership base, which has grown 50% year over year during the back-to-school season. That growth has been driven in part by Cozi?s robust partnership program, which includes many leading brands, such as MeadWestvaco, Gannett, Meredith Corporation, Nestle, General Mills, Unilever, Dell, and others. Cozi?s co-branded solutions are customized for each partner brand, and allow the partners to deliver a valuable service to their own customers.

In the second half of 2010, Cozi has added partnerships with Working Mother, AOL, Intel, Punchbowl and FlyLady, all of which will use its comprehensive organizational platform to further extend their brands into daily family life. Cozi worked with AOL?s MyDaily.com to create the MyDaily Family Organizer which gives readers online access to their daily calendar. For Working Mother, Cozi created a Family Control Center that includes access to Cozi?s family calendar, shopping list, and family journal. For Intel, Cozi developed Cozi Express, a version of the organizational platform that is optimized for Intel?s netbooks. Cozi and Punchbowl, a site that helps smart moms and savvy professionals plan a party from start to finish, developed a Cozi cobranded version of the party planner and integrated the Cozi calendar as an output option for all Punchbowl events. For FlyLady, a mentoring program that has caught on like wildfire among moms, Cozi released a cobranded version of its platform allowing users to merge their FlyLady experience with Cozi?s suite of tools.

?As an organization that champions work-life balance for career-committed mothers, aligning with Cozi was a natural choice,? said Helen Jonsen, Director of Digital Media for Working Mother Media and a mom of 4. ?With the Working Mother Family Control Center, busy moms, like me, are able to better communicate, coordinate and simplify their day-to-day activities at any hour of the day or night. Cozi is truly the central command center that families need, and its platform has been highly effective in driving brand awareness and perpetuating brand loyalty amongst our readers.?

In 2010, Cozi also launched a number of significant new features, including a suite of mobile applications for families on the go. The Cozi iPhone/iPod Touch and Android applications allow members to effortlessly manage their family calendar, access shopping lists and to-do lists, and jot down memories while on the go. The Cozi iPhone app is available for $1.99 in the iTunes App Store and the Android application for $1.99 in the Android Market.

?As 2010 comes to a close, we?re delighted with the continued growth of Cozi?s membership base, partnerships, and product suite,? said Robbie Cape, Co-Founder and CEO of Cozi. ?Our growth is a direct reflection on our innovative platform for family communications. Cozi was designed from the ground up for families, and everything we do is based on a deep understanding of family needs. For partners such as AOL, Working Mother, Intel, Punchbowl, and FlyLady, Cozi offers a new vehicle for staying top-of-mind throughout the week. And our mobile service is yet another great way for our members to keep up with the demands of busy family life from wherever they happen to be.?
