gloops, Inc. Donates Two Libraries to Primary Schools in Vietnam

-Extending cooperation to the library project for developing nations by the international NGO "Room to Read"-

TOKYO--()--gloops, Inc. announced that the company would extend its cooperation to the library project for developing countries by the international NGO "Room to Read", and donates one library each to two primary schools (total two libraries) in Vietnam where gloops has a subsidiary company.

?Through this project, we are helping the children of Vietnam gain access to a large number of books so that they can get high quality education?

The major support gloops provides is to donate one library each to two primary schools in the Tra Vinh province of South Vietnam. In addition to a collection of 1,000 to 1,500 books in English and in the local language, the libraries will also be equipped with puzzles and other materials that would help develop a supportive learning environment for children. This project is not just about building libraries, but about providing continued support over a period of three years, which will include training librarians so that these libraries will be able to operate autonomously in the future.

"Since gloops has established a subsidiary company gloops Vietnam Co. Ltd. in Vietnam, we are aware that our contributions towards international exchange and support between Japan and Vietnam are extremely important," says Shinsuke Kawakata, the President of gloops. "Through this project, we are helping the children of Vietnam gain access to a large number of books so that they can get high quality education".

gloops will continue to actively promote Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
