Incadea appoints new CEO

MUNICH/PRNewswire/ -- incadea, a leading global provider of automotive retail solutions and a Cox Automotive brand, announced the appointment of Allan Stejskal, as chief executive officer, effective immediately.

Stejskal has a long track record of innovation and extensive executive leadership background across leading automotive organizations in United States. With 20 years of automotive retail knowledge, he brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning, growth and transformation, merger and acquisition integration and process improvement and operational efficiency.

Before joining incadea, Stejskal served as senior vice president and CIO of AutoNation, the largest U.S. new car retailer with over 350 new vehicle franchises and over 26,000 employees. His background also includes senior leadership roles at Dealertrack, now a Cox Automotive brand, where he led the DMS business and directed the development and launch of innovative retail products and services. Between other organizations, Stejskal's automotive background also includes ADP (now CDK Global), where he led the company's dealer services ecommerce strategy. He holds an MBA from Harvard and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
