VANCOUVER, British Columbia, (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hootsuite, the most widely used social media management platform, today announced it?s joining the Adobe Exchange Partner Program at the Premier level as a preferred Social Media Management Solutions (SMMS) provider.

This partnership brings together the leading solutions from both Adobe and Hootsuite to provide valuable insight into the customer journey. Hootsuite will be working closely with Adobe to bring new solutions to market that will enable customers to leverage social across their organization. This announcement follows the recent integration with Adobe Creative Cloud, as the Hootsuite and Adobe relationship continues to expand.

According to the WeAreSocial Digital in 2017 report, global social media use has increased by 21 percent in the last year alone and now reaches 2.8 billion users globally, making social a critical channel for today?s marketer. The partnership between Hootsuite and Adobe is reflective of Adobe?s approach to building an open ecosystem that enables customers greater flexibility in delivering customer experiences.

?We are thrilled to continue to expand our relationship with Adobe, bringing powerful new integrations that will help Adobe Experience Cloud customers leverage social in meaningful ways,? said Matt Switzer, SVP of strategy and corporate development at Hootsuite. ?This tight integration between two market leaders results in more customer value from both of our solutions.?

?Social media is transformational for our customers, and a vital channel for delivering amazing digital experiences,? said Cody Crnkovich, head of platform partners and strategy at Adobe. ?Hootsuite is a market leader in enterprise social media management, and we look forward to working with them to create unique integrated solutions across Adobe Experience Cloud.?

As a preferred SMMS partner, Hootsuite?s solutions will be tightly integrated with present and future Adobe solutions. Current Hootsuite integrations in Adobe Experience Cloud include:

Adobe Experience Manager - Connect digital assets to Hootsuite?s publishing experience, to schedule and publish content across multiple social channels.
Adobe Analytics - Connect social metrics with omni-channel events to provide a holistic view of customer experience, including campaign performance and ROI.
