Utilising the existing Marketplace technology, the Developer?s Marketplace will build a community where budgets can be met with skill sets.

The announcement was made yesterday on the Facebook Developer?s Blog by Dave Morin, who says, ?Everyday the team here at Facebook talks with thousands of people, businesses, and some of the biggest brands worldwide who are looking to find contract development services, or developers to join their team. We're planning on sending every single one of them to the Facebook Platform Marketplace, so the opportunity is huge!?

From now, those logging on to the Marketplace section on Facebook will have the option of posting a:

Facebook will add new features to the Developer?s Platform over the coming months to make it more relevant to its users.
